Removing The 60/40 Restrictions In The 1987 Constitution Here in Philippines Doesnt Mean It's Pro-China

Most of ASEAN countries have open FDI on their constitution, and YET the Chinese dont really invest there that much. Obvious need for removal of 60/40 restrictions in the 1987 constitution of Philippines doesnt necessarily sound like "pro-China" or anything similar to that. In fact most ASEAN countrie where they dont have these bullshit "60/40 FDI restrictions" in the constitution and only restrict it in their legislation or their respective assemblies, and yet most of their majority investors come from the West, Europe or sometimes Japan, And obviously most Chinese who do invest here in the Philippines are usually for the sectors related to Filipino-Chinese businesses and not much on anything else. And all these things are the main reasons why most ASEAN countries have more competition and less stagnation in their economy than here in the Philippines. Back then in the 1950s to early 1980s the foriegn investors here in the Philippines was relatively at normal to high numbers obviously before the Aquino assasination. Now there are many woke generations of Filipinos that are opposing these economic provisions like the removal of 60/40 restrictions in most entities especially telco, claiming that it will be pro-China.
